2014 Toyota Crown Majesta – Changes and Price

The Japanese company Toyota,  showed the new model Toyota Crown Majesta 2014 in early September 2013. With how much love, satisfaction and desire can produce a car for the domestic market, which will satisfy  known needs of the customers ,  2014 Toyota Crown Majesta is real proof. Sedan cars of Toyota, such as the Camry and Avalon models are known, sold well and highly ranked in the global market. But what’s in Germany, Mercedes Benz S-Class, in Japan, is Toyota Crown, least as far as the usage of technology.

This premium sedan, created according to the taste Japanese customers, Toyota has offered in several model-variants, like the Toyota Crown Majesta , Toyota Crown Century (which is the top-end model) and the Toyota Crown Majesta Hybrid. 2014 Toyota Crown Majesta is set to the familiar Toyota’s Crown platform, which carries a few sedans the company. 4.97m long, 1.8m wide 1.46 m high, with a wheelbase of 2.92m, Majesta model is 75 mm basically longer   of the former Crown sedans, Crown Royal and Crown Athlete.

2014 Toyota Crown Majesta is equipped with a 4.6L V8 engine mated to a 8-speed automatic transmission. This model has a rear-wheel drive. AWD exist but only as an option, and only with the 6-speed automatic transmission.

2014 Toyota Crown Majesta Hybrid hides the battery of hybrid powertrain in the front luggage compartment and below the vehicle floor. Drive hybrid model consists, 3.5L V6 petrol engine with 292 hp and an electric motor with a combined output of 252 kW/343 hp. This car can cross the 18.2 km with only 1L of fuel.  CO2 emission is  estimated at 128gr/km.

While the exterior of the 2014 Toyota Crown Majesta features a redesigned grill with chrome details and 4 LED lights, the interior of this sedan exudes true luxury. The cabin boasts wood trim on the steering wheel, shift knob and ornament panel. At the center of the console is the LCD display through which the driver receives all the necessary information while driving. The redesigned model  2014 Crown Majesta is now offering extended space in the rear. In addition to more legroom in the back seat, passengers  now can enjoy the new entertainment system which makes the LCD panel, from a 9-inch installed on the top of the vehicle. This system is combined with an upgraded audio system with 19 channels and 20 speakers.

New 2014 Toyota Majesta is equipped with all the well-known technology and systems for easier and safer operation of the vehicle, including those new : Toyota’s latest Front-side pre-crash Safety System, Pre-crash seatbacks, Rear-seat center airbag, Electronically controlled air suspension, Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM) stability system, Pedestrian detection system, Infrared night view mode, Blind Spot Monitor, and Pre-collision System.

Toyota Motor Corporation expects that the new 2014 Toyota Crown Majesta model continue footsteps of their predecessors in the premium sedan class vehicles. Expected sales of this model is 500 units per month at a price that ranges from 46.450 euros to 51,020 euros.
